Ingredients:
• 1 packet cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise Tabasco sauce or another of your choice
• 2 tins broken shrimp - rinsed and drained well
• 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup each: chopped green pepper, green onion, and fresh tomato (draining well on a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Use as much or as little of these as desired)
Preparation:
Mix together: the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add hot sauce. Spread this mixture in a pizza pan. Scatter the shrimp over the top and then add layers of seafood sauce and cheddar cheese (the last layer should be the cheese).
Cover and chill for 2 hours. Serve with corn chips or any other dipping chips or crackers.
