Canneloni, Marta Marucha style

Ingredients:
• canneloni noodles
• spinach
• garlic
• feta cheese (200 gr)
• cream (0,5L)
• mushrooms (like 10)
• oil of olive
• 30 gr of Rockpol cheese
• pepper
Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees
Put water on to boil for the pasta.
Cut the garlic into small pieces.
150 g water
Wash the spinach and cook in a bit of water
In a small pan, melt the Rockpol cheese in the cream.
Wash and chop mushrooms.
Cook the noodles aldente (not fully cooked)
Mix together the garlic, spinach, feta cheese and mushrooms and stuff in the pasta.
Place the pastas in a pan and poor over the cream/cheese mixture.
Bake for 30-45 min.
