
A potluck picnic over the river
We invited Grand Rapidians and the students of Grand Valley State University's 'Civic Studio' project to bring an ingredient for a bridge-top feast, mapping the path from the store or garden, to the bridge. (view the map and list of ingredients we collected)
Calling our Virtual Chefs, one located in France and the other in Turkey, we gave them a live tour of the ingredients at hand. Our chefs then spontaneously made up recipes, based on the food items we brought.
