
To celebrate the 1-year birthday of the Caravansarai Project Space, we collected birthday cake recipes from around the world - Chocolate Torte from the USA, Bunny Cake from Turkey, Sachertorte from Germany and Fondant from New Zealand.
For the party, we were connected with the birthday dinner of Sarah Graddy, cooking together her original recipe for a broccoli – leek pie, though ours didn’t have celery, an item practically impossible to get in Istanbul.
